ARTISAN STATUS

+Brand Market Associate - Sells products and helps recruit new Merchants.  Receives a percentage of the sales sold by the Brand Associates they've signed.

++Brand Associate - Sells products for 10% Market Commission, in their own time, at their own pace.

The Commissions are as follows;

+Variable - sliding scale, based on overall sales, ranging from 10% to 17%.  This commission scale is offered to Brand Market Associates only.

+Fixed - For one year, based on overall sales, at 15%.  Also offered to Brand Market Associates only.

++Market - for Brand Associates only.

The company name 'Maskulin' is the Swedish translation of 'Masculine'.  Both owners wanted to salute their families historic Scandinavian lineage.
